Everything a client file needs, collected without chasing.
Finportal handles the slow part of advice: getting the right papers and answers from clients, checking them, and keeping the record current.
Send one link. Get every document back in its place.
Ask for exactly what a case needs. Your client uploads from their phone, each file lands in its slot on their record, and you accept or send it back with a reason.
- One secure link per request, with a slot for each document
- Accept, or reject with a note the client sees on the same link
- Rejections made together go out as one email, not five
- Links expire on their own; nothing to revoke by hand
Anna gets one email at 16:42 with the link and your reason. Anything else you reject before then goes in the same email.
Forms that already know half the answers.
Build your own questionnaires and link each question to a field on the client record. Whatever you already hold arrives filled in, so clients only confirm and complete.
- Pre-filled from the client record, editable by the client
- Questions that appear only when they apply
- Nothing reaches the record until you accept it
- Consent asked for sensitive data, as the FADP expects
Open your email to four piles, not four hundred messages.
Connect Gmail or Infomaniak and Finportal sorts what's waiting: what's urgent, who wants to become a client, what needs you, and what a short reply settles. Simple replies are drafted for you to check and send.
- Work through each pile like a queue, one email after the next
- Welcome new clients with the documents and forms their product needs
- Emails with clients filed on their record automatically
- Optional, switched on per firm, and nothing is sent without you
Each product knows what it needs. Each deal shows what it's worth.
Set up your products once, with their usual price and the documents and forms they require. Every client then shows what's still missing, and one click asks for all of it.
- Missing documents and incomplete forms, per product, per client
- "Request information" sends the lot in one email
- Deals carry several products, each won or lost on its own
- See what's still to sell across your whole book
You hear the moment a client answers.
When a form is submitted, documents arrive, or a colleague hands you a client, it shows under the bell. Click it and you're on the exact page to act.
- Uploads to one request grouped into one line
- Pending reviews flagged on the client, in yellow, until they're done
- Told when your mailbox connection needs attention
Generate the leads. Place them with the right firm. See what they became.
Agencies import leads from their campaigns and share them with partner advisory firms in a few clicks. The firm works the lead in its own Finportal; the agency sees which ones turned into clients, without seeing the client file.
Client data stays in Switzerland, and stays in its lane.
Built for firms whose compliance officer reads the fine print. Here is the fine print.
Hosted in Switzerland
The application, database and every uploaded file live in Zurich.
Encrypted throughout
Encrypted storage and HTTPS everywhere. Mailbox passwords and client links are encrypted with a dedicated key.
Access that follows your team
Advisers see their own book, team leads see their team, owners see the firm.
A trail you can't edit
Who changed what, and when, is recorded and cannot be altered, alongside every client's activity history.
Consent for sensitive data
Forms that ask for sensitive information ask for consent first, and record when it was given.
AI only if you want it
Email sorting uses an external AI service. It is off until your firm switches it on, and you choose who can use it.
Where is our data stored?
In Zurich, on Amazon Web Services' Swiss region: the application, the database and all documents. Backups stay in the same region.
Does anything leave Switzerland?
Only if your firm switches on AI email sorting: the emails being sorted are then processed by Anthropic's Claude. With it off, client data stays in Switzerland.
Can clients reach anything through their links?
Only the one request the link was made for: upload to its slots, or fill in its form. Links expire, can be withdrawn, and never show other client data.
Who in the firm sees what?
Roles and your team structure decide it. An adviser sees their own clients; managers see their team's; owners and admins see the whole firm and its settings.
Up and running in an afternoon.
No hardware, nothing to install. Your team signs in from the browser.
Invite your team
Add advisers and set who reports to whom. Import your existing clients from a spreadsheet.
Describe your products
Their usual price, the documents they require and the forms clients fill in.
Connect your mailbox
Gmail or Infomaniak, with a guided setup. Client emails start filing themselves.
Let clients do the paperwork
Send links, review what comes back, and spend the time you save on advice.
